Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed and payment has been successfully verified, we will process your order as soon as possible. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing prior to shipment.

Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times are estimated at 1-2 business days once your order has dispatched. At this time, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number

Free delivery on all orders over £50, £7 delivery on orders under £50.

Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns
Returns may be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs, including any customs duties or taxes, are to be covered by the customer unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

Refund Procedure
Once your returned item(s) have been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Non-Returnable Items
Customised or personalised items are non-returnable, except where the product has a manufacturing defect or an error has occurred on our part.
