We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website if misuse is identified.
3. Products and Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, and prices are accurate. However, minor variations may occur, particularly with finishes, colours, or materials.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or amend products without prior notice.
4. Orders
When you place an order, this constitutes an offer to purchase products from us.
An order is only accepted once we issue an order confirmation email. At this point, a legally binding contract is formed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, including where:

The product is no longer available
If an order is cancelled, any payment taken will be refunded in full.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Delivery costs are shown separately during checkout.
We accept payment through approved payment providers displayed on our website. Payment must be received in full before dispatch.
6. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays outside of our control, including courier delays or customs processes.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the goods are delivered to the address provided.
7. International Orders
For orders shipped outside the UK, you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs charges. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Returns and Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving the goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in original packaging

Proof of purchase is required
Certain items may be excluded from returns where clearly stated.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving returned goods.
9. Warranty
Alta Via Components products are covered by a 5-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing and material defects.
This warranty does not cover:

Wear-and-tear parts, including but not limited to rim tape, free hubs, pawls, springs, bearings, decals, and stickers

Damage caused by incorrect installation or use of incompatible parts

Damage resulting from improper use, inadequate maintenance, or unauthorised modifications

Damage caused by crashes, impacts, or abnormal external forces

Use of non–Alta Via Components carbon spokes

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alta Via Components shall not be liable for:

Loss of use or income

Replacement or downtime costs

Claims made by third parties

Damage to property
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Alta Via Components or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
12. Privacy
Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal data.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
